We can't believe that 2009 is upon us! We enjoyed the First Night in Fort Collins by going to down to Old Town with our button passes. We made smores without chocolate, sat in a blow-up planetarium, listened to a brass band play in the Northern Hotel lobby, enjoyed coffee from Starry Night, then topped it all off with the Fireworks show over Old Town. Then we watched the new year come up near Horsetooth where we could see all of Fort Collins and watch the different fireworks go off. Yes, it was cold and yes, Edward wore his red-neck hat to battle the chill. :)
