Garage Sale!

We joined in on the neighborhood garage sale this weekend and Kadie and Hahn came over with their stuff. The boys did great hanging out with us outside (We had Edward put the EZ UP out so we had plenty of shade.) It was so fun hanging out together and the weather was beautiful! I think Edward figured I made about $2 an hour. :)

4 Months Old!

It's hard to believe Jack is already 4 months old. He had his 4 month checkup and did wonderful! He showed off for the doctor and nurses. He smiled, cooed, kicked, had great head control, and had a quick, successful tummy time.

Here's the latest stats:
14 lbs., 11.2 ozs. (50th percentile)
26-1/2" long (93rd percentile)
Head circumference: 16-1/2" (50th percentile)

Notable changes since last month:
1. He's started to incorporate more squeals into conversation.
2. He likes to grab his feet.
3. He now has a "jumperoo" that he loves to bounce and jump in! (taking up more of our precious floor space! :)
4. He's almost sleeping through the night. We are chipping away at that last nighttime feeding and he now has a consistent feeding schedule during the day.

Jack's Tummy Time

Jack does so well at Tummy Time these days. He pretty much enjoys it as long as he's in the right mood. He's even rolled out of it a few times. Obviously, it's also another great way to get his hand in his mouth.

First Swimming Trip!

 

 

We took the boys swimming for the first time. Their looks in the photos is pretty much the reaction we got. They didn't seem to care! :) But we had fun and thought they looked adorable in their swim trunks (Jack borrowed his from Henry who is already fashionable and owns 2 of his own!)

Trip to Silverthorne/Breckenridge

 

 

 

We took a trip to Silverthorne with Kadie and Hahn (and Henry!) for Kadie's birthday. We got there on Friday (her birthday) and went swimming and then out to dinner (swimming photos to come!) Then Saturday and Sunday, Edward and Hahn went to the rocket launch in Hartsel and Kadie and I had fun with the boys shopping in Breckenridge and the outlet mall in Silverthorne. We had a great weekend and thought the babies did great on their first real trip! 

Always Treasured

I'm finally getting around to color correcting some of our photos from the hospital when Jack was born. I know these would be great to show once he's a little older but really, you can already see just HOW MUCH he has changed.
