On April 20th, Edward and I made the 3-hour drive to Hartsel for a beautiful day of launching rockets...unfortunately, it was waaay too windy to do much of anything. One thing we could do, was show off the parachutes Edward had made for his rocket.
After a few hours of Edward hanging out with his rocket buddies (and me getting wind-blown with them, snacking in the car, checking in with them, napping in the car, reading my Real Simple mag cover to cover), we headed over to Dorothy's Tamales for lunch. They are a bit spicy for me but Edward loves them!
